NanoBrowser AI is an open-source initiative focused on privacy-first web automation. The project aims to give users full control over their browser automation by allowing connection to custom LLM providers, eliminating dependency on proprietary AI services.
Existing browser automation tools were either proprietary, privacy-invasive, or lacked AI capabilities. Users wanted the power of AI-driven web automation without sending their data to third-party services. The challenge was building a multi-agent system that could handle complex web tasks while remaining fully open-source.
Our team built an open-source, privacy-focused web automation tool that utilizes a multi-agent AI system to execute complex online tasks directly in the browser. Using LangChain and Puppeteer, the engine allows users to connect custom LLM providers to automate workflows, navigate dynamic websites, and perform real-time data extraction.
